Civil CAD Designer
Job Description:

As a Civil CAD Designer, you will use Civil 3D software to create plans and provide design services for a multitude of projects including but not limited to land development, public and private infrastructures, mixed-use projects, schools, sports fields, industrial developments, and governmental projects. You will also attend client meetings with Engineers, prepare construction cost estimates, and travel to job sites for observations. As a Civil CAD Designer, you will perform these duties under a licensed engineer.

Civil Engineer
Job Description:

As a Civil Engineer you will design services for a multitude of projects including but not limited to land development, public and private infrastructures, mixed-use projects, schools, industrial developments, and governmental projects. You will provide project designs using CAD, hydrology, and hydraulic modeling software. As a Civil Engineer, you will perform project management duties for projects assigned to you. 

  1. Qualifications: 

• Ability to work collaboratively with others 

• Having ownership of the work you do 

• Using your talents to positively affect communities 

• Strong communications skills 

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience with an EIT. Preference will be given to those who are Licensed Engineers.

• Experience with AutoCAD, Grading, and Hydraulic modeling 

• Travel to and from job sites for observation

Licensed Land Surveyor
Job Description:

As a Registered Land Surveyor, you will maintain client relations, direct and supervise survey crew staff and drafting technicians, perform project management duties and direct multiple survey crews, provide training to staff, and ensure the accuracy of surveys. Land Surveyor will also create project estimates, job proposals, and be responsible for the financial performance of your team. You will have the opportunity to obtain licenses in surrounding states and grow the team.

  1. Qualifications

• Working collaboratively with others

• Having ownership in the work you do

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to contribute and work well on a team

• 10+ years of experience

• Must be registered as a land surveyor

• Experience with AutoCAD

• Must have experience in land surveying and construction staking
